つうか、雪かきしたくても出来ないジジババがいんなら、
当然雪かき道具もその分あるべさ。そっから借りたらいいのに。
壊れた時の補償とかアレコレめんどいから金取って新品買うとか
だろうけど、お役所仕事過ぎるよ。その位は負担しないと。
んで、
・土地余ってんだろうから駐車場は提供（自前で来れる人のみ募集）・温泉のタダ券、スキー場のリフト券（翌日分）、併設レストランの
　食事券1000円分現物支給（どうせ公金入ってんだろうから）
・雪かきは一日で終了、宿泊先はリフト券使うなら各自用意
　（希望があれば斡旋）
この位でボランティア募集すれば丁度良いと思う。

あと東北県民だからって道作ってくれたくらいじゃお返しなんてそうそうやらんよ
貰う所からちゃんと貰ってるだろって思ってるからね
庭先や屋根の雪下ろしまでしてくれたらいやわざわざ申し訳ないってそこの個人宅から何か貰えるかもしれないけど
