実被害を出すわけではないから
なんとも言えないんだよなあ
追いかけられる方は気付かなきゃスルーだろうし
気づいたとしてもただただ気味が悪くて
身を守って逃げるのが第一で
証拠なんてその場でなかなか掴めないだろうし
犯罪じゃないから、と開き直っているところがたちが悪い
関わりあわないで済むなら極力そうした方がいい人種だけど
だからって暴力沙汰で強制排除も乱暴すぎるわ
関心を持たない・持たれないようにするのが一番
