その練習で150投げられる人材が増えれば、メンタル兼ね備えた人が出る確率が高くなるんですが。
肉体的なトレーニングのレベルが低いって話なのに、その理屈は意味分からんわ。

アマとプロで決定的に違うのは精神力。
たとえ練習で150投げられても本番120とかなったりアマチュアではザラ。
それを乗り越えて実践出来るのが一握りのプロなんだよ・・・
なんか典型的な数字だけの頭デッカチトレーナーで失笑もんだわ・・・
ナンセンスだろうけど最後は精神力がモノをいう。
ＷＣの外国人選手の顔つき凄かったもん。
