例え神戸の人間でも、5000円出すならば、ｇ1000円の肉を塊で買って、ステーキとかローストビーフにするぞ
骨付きすね肉とかすじ肉も、出汁取ったあとの肉を、色々加工して食い尽くすからな

以前頻繁に作りすぎて肉類飽きてシーフードにしたら美味しくて
