普通に残業もあるし、癒着防止のために3年おきに部署が変わるし、転勤もあるから、コミュ力とか仕事憶える能力とか生活力とか色々必要にはなるし、公務員だというだけで叩かれたり、これから更に給料も下がるし恐らく普通に首になる時代もくるだろう、それでもブラックよりははるかにマシ
お前ら公務員になれよ
新卒採用が少なくなってるから、同期での競争は楽かもよ

俺は新卒就職できなくて、既卒で正社員なったがかなりのブラックで辞めた。
今は２７でフリーター、しかしハロワでマトモな会社を探し中。
