一見打ち水みたいに気温が下がりそうだが、湿度を上げてから温度が元に戻ると、
自分の体の水分が蒸発し難くなるから気化熱で体温が下がりにくい。
更には部屋や体を暖め過ぎると荒れる喉にも良い。

新聞をゴミ袋のように形作り、ゴミ袋の中に入れて足を入れる。
室内にダンボールハウスを作る。
敷布団の下にダンボールや新聞紙を敷いてみましょう。
湿気も取れるし暖かい。
掛け布団の上に毛布その上に新聞紙。
欠点は大変貧乏臭い。
ペットボトル湯たんぽは炭酸ペットボトルに80℃くらいのお湯を注いで作ります。
タオル巻いて完成。火傷注意。
