さらに、ＰＴＡは学校の組織でもなく、外部の独立団体なのに、教員の勤務時間中に、ＰＴＡの会計処理や、プリントの印刷、総会の準備をさせている。
教員がＰＴＡに加入したところで、自分の子供が通っているわけでもない、何らメリットはないのだ。
もちろん、入りたい教員は、勝手に入ればいいさ。
しかし、入りたくない教員まで強制加入させるなよ。
また、勤務時間中に、教員にＰＴＡの業務をさせるなよ。
