炊きたてを小分けにして粗熱取れたら冷凍庫な
「炊きたて」がポイント、炊きたてを密閉すれば蒸気が米粒に行き渡ってふっくらのまま冷凍できるから
冷めてから小分けしたら全然味が変わってしまうから注意な
ご飯用の密閉容器はそのままでも十分美味しさ保ってくれる
一番いいのはラップ＋ジップロック
とにかく空気に触れない事が大事

炊きたてご飯にラップして、荒熱が取れたら冷凍したのでは全く違う。
長く冷凍しておくとクソ不味い。

そりゃあ美味しさとしてベストではないが妥協と効率の匙加減は人それぞれだからバカだとは思わん。
