40までに考え方が変えられたなって実感できるとその先も変えられる事ができるんだよ

うつのテストとかでもよくあるけど、項目に当てはまるからと自己判断で答えていくと簡単に重度になってしまったりする。
おおかた、ちょっとだらしがなかったりうっかりさんな性格だったりするのを、自己診断で病気だと思いたがってるだけで、病的なものではなさそう。
本当に病気な人は、もっとこう、コピペ連投とか、会話のキャッチボールが不可能だったり、明らかにやばいと雰囲気から伝わってくるものだから。
病気のせいにして責任から逃げたい気持ちも分からないでもないけど、きちんと病院に行って、まともだと診断してもらって
性格や習慣で直すべきところは直して、ちゃんとすべきだと思う。
本当に病気や器質的なものなら自力では直しようがないけれど、この人は自力で直せるし、注意して悪い事態は避けられるのだから。

ストレスにより更に病むから
嫌いな物の事を考え続けてあげるより、環境変え頭の中から排除すればいい
環境を変えれば新しい発見や気付きが有り刺激となる
今まで見えて無かった事が見えるかもしれないよ
