熊本で倒壊した建物だって当然耐震性が皆無だったわけじゃないし、中には新築だってあったわけで
倒れるときには倒れるし、その時高層階に生きる道はないよね？

建物は倒れなくてもインフラは止まる可能性は高い
電気止まれば水道も止まるし、トイレも行けんな
エレベーターも止まるから14階を階段利用する訳だ
実際東日本大震災でそんなマンション住みが沢山出ただろうに
