それは日本の鶏と卵がきちんと管理されてるから。
店の生食用ささみと、スーパーの加熱用ささみの管理も似た関係。
スーパーの加熱用ささみを生で食うと、高確率で食中毒だよ。
やめとけ。

宮崎・鹿児島辺りじゃ当たり前のように売ってるし食ってるけどね
