ウィキペディアでは啜って食べて良い食べ物だと読んだ覚えがある、外国ではマナー違反だと思い込んでたので我が目を疑った。
一度だけ食べたがおいしかった、水遊びの本に在ったのは霞ヶ浦近辺でザリガニを素揚げで出す店が在った筈です、我が家では丸ごと茹でた後に背腸をとり甘辛両味で炒めて食べたな。
