硬度の低いほうが紅茶もコーヒーも適してるんだよ
沖縄の石灰系の土地の水道水なんて、ポットの中にすぐカルシウムがこびりつくほど凄い
阿蘇の天然水はミネラルウォーターと名がついても軟水
っつか、日本のミネラルウォーターは軟水が多いから、下手な石灰質系の土地の水道水より抽出には適してる

沖縄は北の方は軟水だけど、南部は石灰質の地質ゆえに硬水だからね～
ただ、鉄臭いのは水道管が錆びてるのかも？

東京の水道水と地元の天然水を飲み比べさせる番組見たけど酷い正解率だった
