一般的に公務員とだけ言う場合は、一般行政職を指すよ。給与形態も異なるし。看護師は若いうちはいいけど、専門卒ならなおさら、主任上がるのも厳しいし、給与の頭打ちも早いよ。結論、事務屋公務員には勝てない。
